Good morning. I’m Hazel, and today, we’re going to talk about the nutrition that you get in a rainbow of nutrients, a rainbow of color. We need all of the rainbow of colors, different reds and greens and yellows, and all of those things that we can find in veggies and fruits. All of that works together in synergy.

Now, sometimes people say, “Well, I take vitamins and everything.” Well, vitamins are, in the first place, they are not natural. They are chemicals, and our bodies just don’t know what to do with chemicals. Our bodies do know what to do with fruits and vegetables. So, if we put them all together and have a variety of them every day, then we get a much better rainbow of color, and everything that works together in synergy.

Now, the best way I can describe synergy is if you have one person working on something, and you have another person working on the same thing, that’s two people, right? One, two. But if they work together, it’s not just two, it’s 11. That’s the best way to describe synergy because they work together to enhance each other.

We have reds in our diet. We have tomatoes, strawberries, all kinds of red things, and cranberries. And then we have yellow. We have bananas, we have yellow squash, we have corn. We have all kinds of things that would be yellow. Then we have green. Lots of green. We have turnip greens, collard greens, Swiss chard, kale, spinach. All of those things are very, very important. We have purple, grapes and berries, and blue, blueberries and just a rainbow of colors is what is the most nutritious diet we can possibly have.

What about oranges, like carrots and mangoes?

Orange, yes. I wasn’t remembering orange. Yes, carrots, oranges. By the way, they’ve discovered that 80% of the nutrients in the orange-

All right. Hold on. You’ve got to wait until the phone …

Okay, so what have they learned about orange and carrots and all that?

Okay. They have discovered that the orange peeling contains 80% of the nutrients in an orange. I don’t know about you, but I haven’t been eating many orange peelings, so we’re throwing away so much of the nutrients. But with proper diet, we need to have all of those, the seeds, the skins, and everything all ground up together, and that’s what I represent, is a corporation that does all of that.

It grinds up the seeds and the peelings and all of those things that are really good for everybody. And we get in that, as well as getting the nutrients, we also get the fiber. Sometimes, people say, “Oh, well, I juice and I get things from juicing.” There is no way that you can juice and get all of that, and besides, they throw away the most important part in juicing, the fiber. And it keeps just the natural sugar. Well, we don’t need so much of that. We need the fiber and all of the things that go in it.

That’s why we need such a variety of fruits and vegetables to be healthy. That’s the way it was intended. We have it in nature, and that’s the way we were intended to eat, so that we can have a long and purposeful, prosperous life.
